What's not Included
Bike box insurance.
This is for damage only, * Note if the bike box is lost, stolen or damaged upon repair we suggest that you take out your own insurance for the replaceable value of £700.
Bike box insurance.
You are responsible for the bike box during its hire and for returning/making it available for collection at the end of the hire period. General wear and tear is anticipated when you use the bike box
Airline delays.
Please note that if your flight is delayed or the bike box doesn't return, you will be charged an extra £11 daily charge for each day it's not returned on the due date.

Gold Hire + Silver & airport transfers.
The ultimate all inclusive service so all you have to do is fly with your bike box with the confidence and knowledge its packed safely, leaving you the luxury of unpacking and riding for bike for the duration of your trip! Includes bike box hire for 5 days and pick up and collection of a Bike Box Alan Aero road easy fit, plus assembly of your bike. Then airport transfers and return to/from any London airports, *NOTE must be on the same day as drop off and pick up.* Must be within 20 miles radius, or message me for a quote! Can accommodate up to 4 bike box Alan's + 1 additional bike box. Message me for an extra box.

On delivery of your bike box we will package your bike safely into the bike box, and on return reassemble your bike. This service can only be booked along with the delivery and pick up service, to be added and paid separately.*

This is for the delivery and pick of your bike box Alan only. You can also opt for the exclusive packing and reassembly of your bike above as an add-on. This must be within 20 miles from Reading, if further then please ask for a quote.

This covers all London airports and can only be booked if you've booked a bike box Alan hire with Broomwagon cycle tours Ltd. The price is for the outward leg & return and must be within 30 miles of Reading, for further distances please contact us for a quote. * Note it is also better value if booked in groups of 2,3,4.
